This unit covers the operation of heavy rigid vehicles (with more than 2 axles) including the starting, driving and stopping; and the conduct of operator checks and actions.
This course teaches the participant the skills and knowledge required to operate heavy rigid vehicle in the Resources and Infrastructure Industries. This course is appropriate for those working in supervisory and technical specialist roles.

Pre-Requisites and Requirements:
Access to a suitable vehicle to conduct the training
