Course Overview

The Diploma of Leadership and Management is a comprehensive course designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage and lead teams. Course Delivery and Duration

14 months is the average course duration for completing the Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification. As this course is 'self-paced' study you can enrol at any time and progress at any speed you like without the stress of due dates and rigid class timetables, fitting study around work, family and life. Study duration depends on the hours you put in and your skill level. As a guide, someone dedicating 8 hours per week to study, could expect to complete the assessment component of the course in 6 – 8 months.

Students receiving study benefits from Centrelink (education on supplement) will be obligated to complete the course in 28 weeks (full-time) or 56 weeks (part-time). Students who complete the course as part of a traineeship will have 12 months full-time or 2 years part-time.
