The G2 course provides you with practical knowledge and skills to effectively manage and facilitate risk in high-risk work environments. You’ll learn how to:

  • Plan and prepare for risk management by accessing relevant information, defining processes, and documenting assessment parameters

  • Identify, assess, and document workplace hazards in line with site conditions and organisational procedures

  • Assess workplace risks, determine unacceptable levels, and communicate findings to relevant personnel in line with workplace procedures

  • Identify, evaluate, and select appropriate risk controls, then document and communicate them in line with organisational procedures

  • Implement, monitor, and evaluate risk controls, communicate outcomes, and maintain documentation in line with organisational procedures

  • Audit risk management processes, implement improvements, and maintain accurate documentation in line with organisational procedures
