Eligible Unemployed Worker is a person who has been unemployed for a period of not greater than 4 years that would otherwise meet the requirements of an Eligible Worker.

Supply one CSQ Eligibility Document​

Please upload one (1) of the following Eligibility Documents with your CSQ Declaration form:

A Relevant current licence (QBCC or ESO)

Note:  An email or letter from your previous employer to confirm that you were employed withing the past 6 months
 

OR

A Statutory Declaration

Which must include details of employment, the date you were last employed, and the role duties carried out within the Building and Construction Industry.

Supply one Right to work in Australia Document

Please upload any one (1) of the following Identification Documents with your CSQ Declaration form:

Green Medicare Card (current) or My.gov Screenshot

Showing your name as printed on the card/ document and card numbers.

OR

A Current Australian or New Zealand Passport

Showing your name as printed on the card/ document and card numbers.

(up to 6 months from expiry)

OR

An Australian or New Zealand Full Birth Certificate or Extract

A photo is accepted where information is clear and legible.

(a commemorative birth certificate cannot be accepted)

OR

A Visa with relevant permission to work or Employer letter

Employer letters must be provided on company letterhead(dated and signed by the employer) 

And must confirm the participant has the right to work in the Queensland building and construction industry and has been employed for at least 6 Months
