Qualified trainer/assessors – IMMEDIATE START – multiple positions available

Industry experience but no formal training qualifications (TAE40122 or equivalent) – we will pay you a full-time salary while you complete your TAE qualification (appx timeframe 6 months).

As an Industry Trainer at Civil Safety, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs to individuals and organizations within various industries.

Salary

 

Competitive salary, plus the opportunity to study towards a TAE qualification while being paid.

Key responsibilities

 

  • Conducting training sessions on a range of safety and training topics.
  • Developing and updating training materials to ensure relevance and compliance.
  • Facilitating engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to stay current on industry trends.
  • Providing constructive feedback to enhance the learning experience.
 

Qualifications and skills

 

If you currently hold a TAE and are a qualified trainer and/or assessor:

 

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
  • Proven 5+ years of experience working in industry in a leadership or training role.
  • A current driver’s license and reliable daily transportation to the job site.
  • The ability to work well with others and a proven history of delivering training and assessment in a practical, enthusiastic, and engaging manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in using technology and software.
  • Must possess an attitude for quality assurance and safety management and have an eye for detail.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training and assessment to meet Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) standards.

If you do not currently hold a TAE, but have industry experience:

 

  • If you do not already hold a Training and Assessment (TAE) qualification, but have proven industry experience, you will have the unique opportunity to further your own professional development by studying towards a nationally recognized TAE (Training and Assessment) qualification, all while receiving a competitive full-time salary.
