This skill set develops the capability to deliver training, facilitate group learning activities, and support learners in workplace and training environments under the supervision of a qualified trainer. It is suited to individuals currently working in support, mentoring, or operational roles who are progressing toward formal facilitation responsibilities.
On completion, learners gain the competence and confidence to contribute effectively to training delivery and group facilitation within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
