Building Skills and Creating Employment Pathways
Civil Safety is partnering with Boom Logistics, the Waalitj Foundation and MatchWorks to create practical training and employment pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. Through this collaborative program, participants are developing industry-relevant skills and building confidence as they work towards future employment opportunities.
With hands-on training in Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms (EWP), Load Restraint and Four-Wheel Drive (4WD), students are gaining practical experience across a range of work areas. The program demonstrates how strong industry partnerships can help build workforce capability, support career development and connect people with opportunities for the future.
