The Operate a Forklift – Verification of Competency (VOC) is delivered online, with assessment based on the verification of the required knowledge and understanding. Participants complete structured online learning and assessment activities designed to evaluate their knowledge of safe forklift operating practices, workplace procedures, risk management, and relevant legislative and compliance requirements.

Assessment outcomes are determined through online assessment methods, ensuring participants demonstrate an understanding of the skills and knowledge required to support safe, compliant, and effective forklift operations in accordance with workplace and site requirements.

This Verification of Competency (VOC) is designed for experienced forklift operators who need to verify their knowledge and understanding of safe forklift operations to satisfy employer, client, or site-specific competency requirements.
