The Diploma of Project Management is a flexible, online course designed to fit around your work and lifestyle, giving you up to 12 months to complete your studies at your own pace. Learning is practical and career-focused, with assessments based on real workplace scenarios. This competency-based approach ensures you don’t just learn the theory - you’ll be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed to confidently apply project management practices in the real world.

Assessment is competency-based, meaning you’ll be evaluated on your ability to perform tasks and apply knowledge in real-world scenarios. This includes:

  • Written or online assessments to confirm understanding of key concepts.

What You’ll Study

The Diploma of Project Management is a nationally recognised qualification under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). On successful completion, you’ll receive a Statement of Attainment for the following 12 accredited units of competency:

  • BSBPMG532 - Manage project time, cost and quality

  • BSBPMG533 - Manage project risk

  • BSBPMG534 - Manage project human resources

  • BSBPMG535 - Manage project information and communication

  • BSBPMG536 - Manage project procurement

  • BSBPMG537 - Manage project governance

  • BSBLDR523 - Lead and manage effective workplace relationships

  • A valid Unique Student Identifier (USI) - mandatory for all nationally recognised training. If you don't already have a USI, you can apply for one online at www.usi.gov.au or we can apply for one for you.
