Regular refresher courses keep your skills sharp and ensure you’re following the latest life-saving guidelines. According to the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and Safe Work Australia, refresher training for these courses should be completed as follows:
CPR Refresher - Annually (some workplaces, particularly in high-risk industries, may require more frequent CPR updates. Check with your employer to confirm the specific renewal requirements).
First Aid Refresher - Annually (recommended)
In order to provide you with the best learning outcomes possible, this course is delivered via face-to-face training. You will be assigned an experienced Trainer Assessor for support throughout your course.
The online modules are self-paced and include assessments (quizzes, written tasks, or short exercises) to ensure understanding.
Your trainer will give you practical tasks to complete based on the information you’ve learned in your online theory module.
